SOL Sound Bath
Fourth Friday of the Month | 6:00pm - 7:30pm PT

This monthly sound bath is a special event offering through SOL YogaTo attend this event, go the SOL Yoga Website and 1) Purchase a Special SOL Sound Bath Class Pass, then 2) Register for the SOL Sound Bath.

​​​​What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an opportunity to simply rest and be. Participants lie down on a yoga mat or thick blanket (can also be seated) and are "bathed" in resonant sounds coming from instruments like chimes, singing bowls, drums and gongs. There is no water involved in a sound bath. The experience can soothe our nervous systems, moving from the feeling of "fight or flight" (sympathetic nervous system) to "rest and digest" (parasympathetic nervous system). It is not uncommon for some people to fall asleep during a sound bath, as they're in a state of rest and relaxation.

 

No experience necessary.

Saturday, March 29, 2025 | 6:00pm - 7:30pm PT

Slow Flow Yoga (SOL Slow Flow & Meditation)
Mondays from 10:00am - 11:00am PT

This is an excellent class for beginners, as well as experienced yoga students who want to reconnect to the fundamentals of yoga. We will move slowly and mindfully, aligning mind, body and breath in a gentle flow.

Restorative Yoga (SOL Restore)
Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 7:45pm PT

Recharge your body and calm your nervous system in this practice emphasizing relaxation. Using props and longer holds, we will invite the body to relax more fully and release any unnecessary tension stored in the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.
